👉 How to make (step-by-step photos)
1️⃣ Step One: Make a simple syrup
First, we want to make a simple syrup by dissolving the sugar into a bit of water. This makes it easier to sweeten the lemonade to your own taste preference. You can also use a premade Lemon Syrup Concentrate and add water to make lemonade.
Mix together 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water until boiling, then stir until all the sugar is dissolved.
Then remove the pan from heat and cool the syrup at room temperature or in the refrigerator, which takes about 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Step Two: Muddle fruit + herbs
In a large pitcher, add sliced cucumber, mint leaves, and sugar.

Muddle with a large wooden spoon or cocktail muddler to release the cucumber juice and infuse it with the mint and sugar.

3️⃣ Step Three: Mix lemonade and serve
Pour the lemon juice, simple syrup, and water into the pitcher and mix with a large spoon until well combined
Serve by pouring over ice in a small glass and topping with a cucumber slice and mint leaf as garnish.

🧊 How to store
You can make a big batch of this lemonade to enjoy all week long! Here are our tips for storing this beverage:

- Refrigerator Storage: The flavored lemon juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
- Freezer Storage: You can store the lemon juice in the freezer for up to one month and then thaw before use.
